"Due to a change in flights, we arrived super late (11pm) and had a short turn-around leaving at 4am the following morning. We didn't get to enjoy the property as intended, but the overnight desk staff person packed up a special breakfast brown bag to go for us - so thoughtful and the attention to detail and customer service that we seek when we choose accommodations! "

"Apartment was excellent really convenient location. Tram stop right outside, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy."
