"The location was quiet and gorgeous in the winter. The drive to Bethel was about a half hour drive along some gorgeous lakes. The jacuzzi was the star for me—stayed warm our entire stay. Outfitted with everything we needed for a couple weeks. We had a couple questions that were answered almost instantly."

"Me and a group of friends rented this Yurt for a little hiking weekend trip! The yurt was really nice and the property was beautiful. Justin provided a sled to us to help trek our stuff up and it was really helpful! The only issue we had during the trip was with parking. We parked about 100ft from the no parking sign but then received a text when we got back down in the morning that parking authorities didn’t like us parking there. Justin handled the situation great! The wood stove was super nice (a bit hard to get going in the cold temps) but nice and warm after! "

"We stayed around New years for 4 days. The house is very comfortable for a family with plenty of bedrooms/beds. It is fully stocked with all the necessities and more, very clean. The location was great, close to several ski areas and North Conway area but in a very quiet town. Great place to get away from it all.. "

"Everything was wonderful about our stay. One of the best rentals we have had over the years, and Janet has thought of everything, and the house is so very clean. The location cannot be beat with the waterfront, the dock and the swimming raft and loved having the boats available to us. Kitchen is well stocked and strong wifi (for those of us who had to do a little work while away). We didn't get a chance to watch the movies she has stocked, but there were a bunch of our favorites. "We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. There wasn’t enough cushion on any of the chairs…they just need to be restuffed and maybe a couple more chairs. We had 7 people and 4 comfortable chairs. "
