Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans l'hôtel, ils nous ont dit que nous pouvions réserver ailleurs sans pénalité. D'une part, ils nous ont finalement chargé pour une nuit quand même et la seconde a été payée via une nuit que j'avais réussi à obtenir avec mes estampes. Fin de l'histoire : j'ai perdu ma récompense d'Hotel.com et j'ai donc payé pour deux nuits où nous n'étions pas là, alors qu'on nous avait dit qu'il n'y aurait pas de problème.

No hot water 1 day. Iron did not work. And reserved a balcony that went available. Took me 3 hrs to check in properly and 3 room changes which could have been availed if the front desk had been proactive. After not having a proper iron in the room was I offered an another room with a microwave oven.
