We have stayed at Hard Rock for a number of years., We are in our 70s now and find your access to the pool area becoming impossible for us to manage the steps. Hundreds of people go to the pool area. And there is a door on that level but behind that door is a gym. I have only ever seen max 3-4 people there at a time. Older people need access through those Gyn doors. 16 steps is just too many yo go up and down maybe 2_3 times a day maybe more.

Hotel room was dirty. Blood stains or red wine on bed cover . Big Holes on bed sheets. Breakfast was okey. Dinner buffet was terrible. Only good thing was the pool for the kids.

The breakfast was a masssive let down. The boiled eggs looked like they were 3 days old, no fresh juice and fruits limited to papaya, watermelon and pineapple. Upon checkout they refused to give us access to the facilities as only hotel residents get access, noting we stayed there for 7 days!

Staff are amazing, everyone is so lovely and right after asking about things, it is met and done! Breakfast options really good and has a family/kids friendly environment, the only things is that I was feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed when staff were trying to cuddle my baby girl, I knew it was coming from a kind heart but I personally didn’t like it. Also, no dish wash liquids were available so I couldn’t wash my baby’s food container, the cleaner did not have it also!

Good stay. Needs a little attention.
Hard Rock is perfectly central Kuta and great for families. Good facilities but seems to be getting run down; renovations happening on the swimming slide. Bathrooms need more attention; cleanliness. Hallways are hot and smell like strong detergent. Breakfast is not as good as it used to be. Still all in all a good hotel, but lacking that attention to detail it used to have considering the high price per night for Bali.
