"We stayed at the property in late April to allow us to explore Algonquin Park for wildlife photography. The cottage was perfect; great location between Algonquin Park and Huntsville. The cottage was just as described. After one night we felt totally at home. Steve was great with communication and making sure it was easy to just relax without worrying about anything. "

"The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering. "

"This is our second stay at this resort. We like this time of year because it is quieter. These are cottages built likely in the 50s, but they have been nicely updated and are clean and comfortable. They provide wood-burning fireplaces, as well as provide the wood, a workable kitchen with full electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Good service from the staff and quick communications. Recommended."
