"I stayed at this resort on March 29 and was impressed by the lady at the front desk. She was super nice, professional, and provided excellent service. I’ve been to many hotels in the area, as well as several Marriott properties in different locations, but her hospitality stood out. Unfortunately, there was a city-wide power outage during my stay. However, the resort and staff handled the situation wonderfully. Despite the inconvenience, they remained friendly and accommodating, making the experience much better. "

"Beautiful, relaxing location with excellent views of the frozen lake and forest. Large and well-equipped lake house. Easy access to the water. Very secluded and private lot, yet only 10 minutes from Huntsville. Photos don’t do it justice. "

"This is our second stay at this resort. We like this time of year because it is quieter. These are cottages built likely in the 50s, but they have been nicely updated and are clean and comfortable. They provide wood-burning fireplaces, as well as provide the wood, a workable kitchen with full electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Good service from the staff and quick communications. Recommended."
