The room was the last at a long hall. You need a “taxi” from the elevator to your room. No refrigerator, no paper napkins, no body wash. Water collects in the bath tub immediately after you start your shower. The casino was very smoky.

So overall I rate The Orleans as very good. Staff is very friendly and I like the choice of restaurants inside the hotel. Rooms are very spacious too. Location is not the greatest since you aren’t on the strip BUT you’ll probably save yourself some money. I would stay here again.

The rooms and hallways were poorly lit and the bathroom light flickered for 2 days then burned out. The thermostat was hard to control even though it should have been fool proof. It was either way to hot or way to cold not what the thermostat was reading. The bed's fitted sheet did not cover the entire bed. It only went down 3/4 way down and your feet could feel where there was no sheet.
