My arrival was delayed by 17 hours due to the last minute cancellation of 2 long haul connections by the airline but the hotel held my room booking for me when I messaged them en route. The included buffet breakfast was excellent! Andy at the reception desk was very kind and nice when I finally made it to check-in at 12 midnight. He told me where I could walk along the waterfront to see the northern lights. After an exhausting and unexpectedly stressful 45 hour journey and 4 flights, it was a welcome relief for check-in to go so smoothly. Note: Photos on the hotels.com and official hotel website showed the double standard rooms have sea views but this is not the case. Room 728 has a slightly obstructed city view. "
