This Hotel needs a major refurbishment, the rooms need maintenance, drains blocked every other day, pool is clean but needs work and breakfast was below par. Staff and location very good. I do not recommend this Hotel

Positives were the hotels location. Close to Padma St & Garlic Lane & the staff. Always friendly and would go above & beyond. Negatives were the state of the rooms. I stayed in a “Deluxe Pool View Room” in the new wing. @ $150 per night, the room was in disrepair. The plaster on the walls flaked off, my A/C unit leaked. The shower head didn’t work properly. The bed was rock hard, I had to get a Mattress topper put on it & the pillows were lumpy. We’d had a lot of rain & I had to move rooms, I was told there was a possibility the ceiling would fall in. My new room in the same wing was equally as bad. The door to the balcony didn’t fully close so with a gap in the door came the bugs. Breakfast was very basic. The adults only pool was not up kept at all. The mattresses on the outdoor pool chairs were old and dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again. In fact I checked out early (3 days) due to the above. I asked for a refund but was told it wasn’t possible.

I was there for 7 nights, while the staff were nice enough, the rooms were mouldy and smelt like septic. I requested to be moved 3 times which they catered for.buy every room.was the same and the owner was getting frustrated with me. Would not recommend sadly.
