"It is a lovely place, quite quirky but that work is in is favour. We had to self check in because the reception was closed but that wasn’t an issue as there were clear instructions including what we wanted for breakfast. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment I think but the Old Barn is just across the road and serving good food for a reasonable price so no issues. Breakfast was nice too. Overall I would recommend. I would imagine it will be fantastic in the summer when the bat and restaurant is open and you can sit in the garden. "

"Had a lovely Mothers day meal but unfortunately we were placed by the side entrance and people were constantly opening the door . It was absolutely freezing in there , poor Mother is 90 and it was way too cold for her . The roast meal however was faultless lovely and tasty and piping hot . Hotel Room could do with updating but it was very spacious and exceptionally clean . "
