Clean, quiet, great buffet breakfast, staff friendly. Although it is near Heathrow, it is not close to public transport - you need to get a taxi.

Room was unbearable hot. Air conditioning controls did nothing to make it more comfortable. Got maybe 2 hrs of sleep. Needless to say I will stay elsewhere in the future.

The unreliable Sheraton
The reason for my rating was that at 4am on the day of arrival this booking was canceled by the Sheraton.Less than 24hrs notice when we had booked and paid in September.What was worse that we were in transit but fortunately my relative managed to get us booked into the Radisson.Just not good enough and i will never book Sheraton again !

We had booked the hotel for hotel and parking while away in New Zealand and we added an additional night for our return. Both rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The reception staff member, who was the same on both visits was very friendly and efficient.

Good stay lovely sports bar with excellent service and staff, room let it down a bit, very noisy some sort of AC/electric transformer or kitchen extraction outages our bedroom window , faulty heater hole in roof as per pics
