The staff were really nice and helpful when I had a problem. Unfortunately I had cause to bother them quite a lot. Including a loud noise in my room. No hot water for two and a half of my three day stay. Very few suitable options at breakfast including no margarine

Not bad but not great

Staff were really great. Room itself was very clean and bed comfy. It obviously has been updated but some things -like the huge air conditioners on the wall still remain. Restaurant was no good for vegetarians (nobody wants a stuffed pepper, nor tomato and pasta) plus they didn’t have either of the burgers on the menu. Shower had no hot water on the second day.

Unfortunately, and not the hotel’s fault, drunk contractors swearing, shouting in the corridor and neighbouring rooms until the early hours, leaving their tv’s on load until 4:30am. The hotel gym is very poorly equipped. 4 x small dumbbells, 2 x treadmills that were both out-of-order and 2 x bikes. Cold water supply to basin is just a trickle. On the plus side, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially on reception and in the restaurant

Lovey hotel and pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Staff on reception on arrival and in restaurant for breakfast were cheerful and amazingly helpful. Will be back without doubt when in area. Thank you guys.
