It's it's just a trip the way the rooms are arranged and set up and you've got to go this way and that way it's like a maze and it's really cool the rooms are nice and the price is really good and it's just pretty cool

Room was not cleaned properly. Went downstairs to ask the hotel receptionist if there was a way to get room cleaned, first we were offered a vacuum and then a broom. Had to sweep our own room that we paid hundreds of dollars for just to feel safe walking around. The bathrooms weren’t swept properly, the toilet was sanitized, but hair was found along the tub before showering. Random stains on the entertainment center, the tv turned on but there was no connection on antenna or through HDMI input. Overall, will not return to this motel.

The room we received at check in was ok. We even paid extra for an early check in and the service was mediocre. In addition the TV cable disconnected every single time the TV was turned off and therefore we had to walk downstairs to get a remote because it was after 5 PM and there was no buddy available to help the front desk. Person could not leave their station in order to bring up the remote so that was a very inconvenience thing that we had to endure every single time the cable disconnected.
