Nice hotel, in a good location, our room had good size terrace, room was on the smaller side, it was a bit tight but that was expected. Front desk staff was friendly.

Madrid visit with family
Best place to stay in city center with subway , pizza and many more restaurants very close by. Breakfast has so many varieties and staff are very friendly. Cleaning service is the best too. Being in city center it's an all night crowd and little noisy until 1am. Never the less I will prefer the same in my next visit without a second thought.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Puerta del Sol, very centrally located, easily walkable to many areas and right near metro station. Despite great location, hardly any street noise was heard in our room. We were on 6th floor with lovely balcony views. Breakfast was also very good.

This place was very centrally located for our long weekend to Madrid. We walked everywhere! Room was small but clean and provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don’t have to worry about bringing it with you. Front desk staff was very helpful. The only downside was that it was loud if the windows were open.

It is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, but the area itself is quite noisy, with large groups of noisy people walking by at all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend something a bit farther out.
