Découverte de Marseille, Cassis et Aix

Emplacement ideal pour profiter de la mer et de la montagne: de belles balades dans les calanques et les montagnes de Pagnol. Une maison décorée avec goût et une tres belle piscine avec une vie a couper le souffle.

Exceptionnel !

Une propriété pleine de charme en pleine nature, une magnifique piscine de laquelle nous pouvions profiter d’une vue imprenable sur Marseille, mais surtout l’accueil chaleureux de Marc , sa disponibilité pour nous faire découvrir son domaine , nous avons tout aimé de ce séjour au pays de Pagnol .

Superbe propriété

Superbe propriété avec une vue plongeante exceptionnelle sur Marseille. Propriétaires agréables et discrets, sources de nombreuses anecdotes sur la région et Pagnol. Très bon compromis entre le calme de la nature et la ville de Marseille (à 30 minutes du Vieux Port).

Rustige plek in bijzonder huis.

Het huis ligt zeer afgelegen in een hele mooie rustige en groene omgeving. Vanaf het zwembad heb je een prachtig uitzicht op Marseille. Er is veel in de omgeving te doen en te zien maar realiseer je wel dat je voor alles de auto moet pakken want in de nabijheid van het huis zijn geen voorzieningen (ca. 10 min rijden, dus je bent al gauw een half uur onderweg als je even iets wilt halen). Er is een tennis- en petanque baan, leuk om te doen. Nog een paar zaken die handig zijn om te weten: - Vanwege brandgevaar kun je niet bbq-en bij het huis. - De eigenaren wonen op het terrein en zijn zeer betrokken bij hun huis. Daarom zit je uiteindelijk minder privé dan de locatie van het huis doet vermoeden maar de gastheer is zeer vriendelijk. - het huis is niet zo praktisch en zeer uitbundig (veel kussens, lampen, tierelantijnen) ingericht. Daar moet je van houden en vraagt ook om enige voorzichtigheid. Ons is dat niet goed bevallen. Ook omdat sommige praktische zaken (opbergen van je eigen spullen, kleine vaatwasser) minder is. - de drie slaapkamers zijn boven en 1 badkamer. De andere badkamer is beneden en heeft geen douche. Effectief heb je dus een badkamer - de ligging van het zwembad is prachtig met luxe, fijne ligbedden en zoals gezegd, een formidabel uitzicht. Het ligt wel een eindje lopen van het huis (80m) en je komt telkens langs het huis van de eigenaren. - de laatste 700 meter naar het huis rijd je over een zeer smalle stijle weg die om enige stuurmanskunst vraagt.

Belle maison dans un lieu d'exception

Accueil sympathique. Séjour reposant. Les propriétaires habitent la bastide adjacente dans un site d’exception, au cœur du pays de Pagnol. Maison confortable. Belle piscine qui offre un magnifique panorama sur Marseille.
