The hotel is nice and conveniently located, the check in process took 1 hours standing in line, I think they need more staff at the reception to speed things up. The room were nice, but it was missing 1 towel and toiletries were almost empty. The elevators were very confusing to get around and they take a long time., I think they should put clear instructions on how to navigate
