Very well run excellent hotel. We loved all the staff, the included breakfast, free coffee and beer, and the location. We missed not having English language tv stations but understand the hotel is working on this.

The staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful. In particular the reception staff - very honest and helped us book tours. They have us safest options for travel. Nothing ever seemed impossible for them to arrange for us! The access to water constantly was very helpful. The property is easy to find and very near everything in the historical centre.

My room was renovated with cheap faux wood flooring that was noticeably chipped (looked gouged) in a few places. The bathroom shower had no curb, so the bathroom floor and/or bathmat inevitable got quite wet after bathing. My sink was clogged when I arrived (and was fixed as soon as I mentioned it to staff). One of the taxi drivers used by the hotel took me a considerable distance then rooked me for an excessive amount of cash, instead of accepting a credit card which I was told their cabs absolutely would.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff! They have excellent breakfasts provided with many choices as well as a 24 hour coffee shop with items (coffee, beer, sandwiches, salads, etc.) provided for free. The area has many famous sites within walking distance. The hotel offers a free walking tour and also can help book additional tours. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel

Service was excellent especially the complimentary breakfast and free snack bar. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Hotel is centrally located and family friendly. Two minor issues; one the tv did not work, channels were not available during our two day stay and the wifi was disabled the morning we were to check out whic was problematic because my cell phone had no reception in the hotel.
