Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the layout of the suite and especially enjoyed the hotel gym. It’s pretty spectacular for a hotel gym. We didn’t like the barn sliding doors on the bathroom (there were tow entry points to the bathroom). They are noisy when people are sleeping and they are hard to maneuver to complete close the doorway and they don’t have locks. Also, our fridge didn’t work the first night causing all the food I brought to spoil. This is a perfect location if you are going to a Timberwolves game. We used the valet parking. It’s not cheap but very convenient. Breakfast is good too.

Our sink in the bathroom was backing up from the tub…gross! The couch and throw pillows are so nasty…time to replace and upgrade! Tile floor was dirty with crumbs. The carpet also needs to be updated.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 days and they wouldn’t service our rooms even when we requested it the previous day. No clean bath towels or toilet paper. We kept having to go downstairs and request clean towels or for the room to be serviced. Their response to us was that they were short staffed. If they are short staffed why not prevent new bookings or refund us so that we could go to a hotel that had the proper staff. The hotel lobby was always clean but the service for the rooms was not good.

The amenities are excellent. The location is also excellent. I would highly recommend. The breakfast and happy hour are great! The front desk gentleman was wonderful as well at the bar tender. Loved this experience.

Took my son to a Warriors/Timberwolves game. Stayed two nights. Everything was walking distance. He said it was the best Christmas present ever as he got to see Curry play.
