Mediocre at best
The pool and hot tubs were definitely not up to standard and probably pretty filthy, hot tubs were lukewarm at best, pool had a green tinge to it. The chemicals are definitely imbalanced and probably need a person with a pool operators license to check it out. People were letting their kids run around unattended, jumping into hot tubs and splashing other guests who just wanted to relax. Parking was definitely on the expensive side and very hard to navigate/maneuver. Continental breakfast was good, but pretty sure something in it made us all have a stomach ache/bathroom issues about an hour afterwards. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Definitely was not worth $200+ it was just okay.

I can’t get a refund for one night. If I missed my flight or had to reschedule that’s life it’s unexpected but for a company like this you should refund with no problem. I’m totally unhappy with this matter.

Room was very large and clean. Motel was busy from Vikings game but was still quiet. Buffet breakfast was good. Was able to walk to the game and several bars and restaurants. Will atay here again

Our stay was great besides trying to figure out parking while many of their underground spaces were closed for construction. Amazing walking distance to US Bank Stadium! Will definitely stay again!

Everytime I’m in Minneapolis I choose this hotel because it’s my favorite place to stay. Nice hotel friendly staff and always a good experience. Onsite parking is so nice.
