After Manager resolved small issue with first room, the second room was great! Manager and front desk staff were all wonderful! I would stay here again, for sure.

I was told that I was getting a room looking out at the pool. What it was, was a second-floor room with the window literally over the pool area! Couldn't open the window because of the chlorine smell (which seeped in anyway). And the noise from the kids - which was to be expected - didn't end till the closure at 10pm...
Then there was the room. The space was like it was designed to use leftover space from everything else (we were also next to the elevators). The bathroom was so small you couldn't move. There was a nice counter-space, however. And then there was the lighting. The only overhead light was near the door. There were lamps by the bed and on the desk - and that was it. This was the darkest, drabbest room I've ever experienced, especially for a Best Western Plus. Hardly worth the price I paid for it. Makes me wonder what a king-bed without the "pool view" would have been like.

Tara,I apologize that you did not have the greatest experience with us here at our property due to the room that was booked. We do try to tell everyone we can at check in that this room does look into the pool area, but I am sorry if we had missed that major part of the check in for you. I do hope we get to see you folks again so you can enjoy all our property has to offer and not let the stay be bogged down by a room that does not meet your expectations. Please feel free to call us whenever you book a room, and see if we can get you in a preferred room on a preferred floor. We are more than happy to accomodate you so you can have the best stay possible while you are here with us!

Felt very comfortable at this hotel was very clean and bed felt very comfortable. Easy to get to

The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star on service was the attitude of a front desk clerk. My wife and I (queer couple) asked a young man with glittery earrings about breakfast and were met with such a crappy attitude. I don't give a rat's _ss about earrings, tatts (I have several), but what I don't like is someone in the service industry with a lousy attitude and bad customer service.
The rest of the staff was fine, room and bed were clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite substantial! They even had a toaster with gluten free bagels!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy even though they were busy. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
