"The reception staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with an issue relating to our booking.(3rd party not their mistake) They dealt with it in an efficient and friendly way. I cannot thank them enough. The hotel and faculties are wonderful. Each member of staff make you feel welcome and it really feels like home. The lovely lady who served us at breakfast is an absolute gem! I would love to return if I am in Canada again. My favourite place on my road trip"

The view is stunning, the snow abundant and the aprez ski in the hot tub needed!The main level is well organized and the open area in the basement was ideal for bulky ski boots & winter gear. Zero complaints and a fantastic weekend was had by all. "
