Kings First Hotel was a fantastic choice for us! It is super close to the train station, and the döner place across the street was delicious and everybody was so nice. The WiFi is fast and the rooms are beyond comfortable. The soap smelled so good! We utilized the lockers in the basement for our things and it was very convenient for a day of walking around after we checked out. The gentleman concierge that helped us checking in was so kind and helped me practice my German! We were only there one night and didn’t utilize much past that, but we had a blast. Thank you Kings First :)!

Location is good, the Lobby is warm and welcoming and staff were nice. For some reason the phone in the room did not work so we had to go to reception if we needed anything. Also there is a sign in the room that states they offer room service but they actually don’t. Not sure why they would make it look like that is an option. Overall they stay was good.

The location is perfect to walk to the train station and airport shuttle bus station in 5 minutes, and it is around 15-20 minutes' walk to most attractions in the old town.

Good location near Munich hbf. Shower door in our room needs repair, we reported this to front desk upon checkout. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable, and would stay here again.

I do not often write reviews, but this hotel was exceptional. At first glance the neighborhood (right behind the main train station in Munich) seemed a little dicey, but it was very safe and also very quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel doesn’t nickel and dime you for things like bottled water and coffee and stowing your luggage after checkout. Checkout time was a convenient 11 am. The location was excellent for downtown touring and Christmas market. There were also bus, subway, train, and tram connections very closeby. Restaurants, a drugstore, and a grocery store were all nearby as well. The beds were comfy; the bathroom was clean, as were hallways, elevator, and lobby. They have the genius idea of giving you a coupon for a drink in their bar in return for skipping room cleaning. I loved that because we could still get fresh towels and morning coffee, received a free drink (made by someone who knew how to mix and serve drinks), and we felt better about not having to ask a hard-working individual to clean up after our vacationing selves on a daily basis.

We came into Munich by train and the hotel was about a 5 minute walk. It was very clean and the people there were very friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our bags there on the first day as we got in before our check in time.
