"Comfortable beds. Really..I usually don't int sleep first night anywhere..i did in there.. Nice front desk people. Complementary coffee in the lobby. Great breakfast as well. "

"Amazing Hotel - Wonderful overall hotel, nice clean old classic designs with fountain and sculptures. Great hot ribs as well. Great service. Only downside - no bar or restaurant. But they had free alcoholic drinks and snacks for Happy hour - which was great!"

"I have stayed at 21C hitels before, but never this one in St. Louis. The facility is beautiful! Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was huge! The amenities here are wonderful. The pool is beautiful, and the hot tub is huge. The check in process was smooth and quick, and we got a very early check in. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and especially cordial. The only downfall was the neighborhood. That, however, is not a hotel problem, but a St. Louis issue. I always forget how dead the St. Louis downtown is unless there's a Cardinal baseball game scheduled. Walking through a pretty dark and desolate downtown to get back to the hotel late at night is concerning. I walk all over downtown Chicago at all hours and never feel unsafe, but I dont have the same confidence in downtown St. Louis."

"great check in, clean, modern, and a great price for location. close to the zoo, forest park, and a block walk to the Tram. Parking is inconvenient but not bad, pool does not require reservations like mentioned in other reviews. Will be back when in STL. comfy beds."
