"The room was beautifully decorated, comfy, spacious and clean. The only thing what I didn't like was the cold condition in the room, as the AC wasn't working when trying to heat up the room."

"A very comfortable stay in great location. The room was spacious and clean, a comfortable large bed and a great shower. Breakfast gave an excellent choice but the hot counter food was left to lose its heat, so it was on the cold side when eaten. The relaxing spa wasn’t, there was no monitoring to keep it relaxing. Screaming children leaping in the pool and couples straddling each other in the jacuzzi rather spoilt the ambience. Sauna was a great temperature though."

"Best view of the Antwerp Central Station and easy access to China Town, Chocolate Nation, (right next door) Zoo etc. Lots of cafes, restaurants fast food around the hotel for every appetite. Supermarkets with different budgets in mind. Keyword is; Center to every need!"

"The hotel is well located for both shopping and culture. The staff were friendly and helpful. On site parking was a bonus. The room and bathroom spacious. The only negative point was the smell of drains in the bathroom in the morning however we pointed this out to the staff and so this should be sorted for future guests."

"Hotel was great. The spa facilities are excellent. We did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel as their are so many restaurants and cafés nearby."
