Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. The breakfast has a nice mix of western and Chinese foods. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walk to a ferry to cross the river. Nice cold a/c and is a non smoking hotel but has smoking areas conveniently for those that do. Georgina was helpful and friendly willing to assist in anything that was needed. The plaza is currently still being worked on so no many stores or restaurants opened yet. However, there is a mall not far that has many resultants and bars to enjoy. Including western foods like kfc and Pizza Hut. It is a quiet location and not so busy in the area which is a nice break from the busy city life. There is a free washer and dryer to use for any laundry needed. I Would stay again in the future with no hesitation. Enjoy your trip and stay knowing of the comfort and views when you are in the room. "
