The property is aging, but it's kept in immaculate condition by true Japanese standards. My room was spacious with a huge, comfortable queen bed and a big bathroom. The only downside was the shower. It's a bit complicated to figure out how to regulate the temperature. It kept alternating from scalding to freezing until I found the sweet spot. Definitely needs updating. The other inconvenience was accessing Netflix. The concierge had to send someone to my room twice to set it up, basically once every 24h. Other than these two minor things this hotel is great. It has a 7eleven konbini on site which is super convenient to grab a quick bite. Only one of the restaurants was opened during my stay, the one in the lobby. The food was very good. Also all staff at this property is super nice. Will most likely stay again!

Staff were great at check in and upgraded us to king bed since we had a toddler. Relaxing stay. Only negative is having to pay to use amenities like the pool. 7-11 is very convenient and shuttle is great for getting to and from the airport. Didn’t try the buffet so can’t comment. Room and lobby area all clean and quiet.

Very convenient hotel with excellent staff
Great Hotel and Staff. Location is close to airport and town, hotel also offers shuttles to both. Breakfast buffet, Room service and Sushi restaurant were all top notch! Spa was amazing and hotel has a 7/11 for any last minute needs.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had, very nice and clean rooms, amazing amenities including a 711 in the building. The area around the hotel is mostly forests and small towns but the hotel offers bikes to explore nearby and buses into the city.
