If you check in after the lobby bar opens at 5, it is so loud you cannot hear. The room ac set to 60 but not cold at all. Parking is in a parking garage. That should be explained before you make your reservation.

Everything was great except, Key Cards were unavailable, so front desk help had to walk me to my room every time I went out. They were friendly and helpful.

It had a bed and a bathroom. All we really needed. Only problem was we couldn't leave our luggage there after checking out and had to find another place

The hotel stay was great. The issue is we paid for a valet service only to have our vehicle rummaged through and all of the power system for our dash camera pulled out of place and all of the plug in system for the electronics systems moved and pulled out for no good reason. Went to the front desk to inquire as to why that part of the vehicle was gone though as it was and the response was I’ll find out who it was and “talk” to them. There was absolutely no reasoning for this and no remorse from the staff on duty.

Everything about the property was great except for parking, they do not have parking in the hotel, you have to park on the street the parking lot that they use is to far and to expensive and dangerous because the parking spaces are to small and there is only one way in and one way out so if there is a car coming in and you are going out we have a problem

Some of the staff were extremely nice. Some were not. One particular employee refused to bring out additional breakfast items because she felt guest were being messy. She had a melt down infront of guest. The bar area was extremely noisy, with loud music. The bathroom fixtures were damaged.

I did like the security very much. I did not like the security deposit that was NOT disclosed on the booking site so i had the option of booking elsewhere. Full disclosure is a must to me before I book! Furthermore when i questioned the young lady about it she gave me attitude. Also nothing was mentioned about parking. We were left in the dark as to where to park. Will not be returning there.

Room was clean and comfortable. On arrival, there was no hot water. It was fixed shortly after. Complimentary breakfast fell short, did not taste very good. Staff was friendly and cordial.
