All was very well, with exception of elevators. Due to a guest becoming stuck between floors overnight, the fire department disabled all elevators, which is understandable. It would have been very helpful if there had been signs posted at each floor to inform guests that they would need to use the stairs.

Jeff the front desk agent, saw my room was next to the elevator, and gave me a room down the hall. He was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I am very happy I chose this hotel. Now I can easily the fly out of Newark Liberty International in the morning

I enjoyed the meal in the restaurant. The airport shuttle was very helpful. I would have liked a microwave in the room along with the refrigerator. The biggest drawback is the elevators not working when my cousin had to leave early in the morning. She had to carry luggage down the steps.
