All was very well, with exception of elevators. Due to a guest becoming stuck between floors overnight, the fire department disabled all elevators, which is understandable. It would have been very helpful if there had been signs posted at each floor to inform guests that they would need to use the stairs.

The hotel was a great deal, no question. I rated Transport five starts only because the hotel does what they can to make the outrageous airport tranportation mess as least painful as possible. EWR is a transportation nightmare. From Terminal A, I had to take a shuttle bus to get to the Terminal A monorail station. From there, I had to get to P4 to get to the hotel shuttle stop, and then I had to still wait for the hotel shuttle and then shuttle to the hotel which was just a few hundred yards from Terminal A where I had been in the first place. There is no way to walk from any of the Terminals to this superclose hotel, so I had one hour of public transportation that could have been done in a 5 minute walk if the airport had provided for some walkways. Can someone please tear down EWR and build an entirely new, pedestrian friendly, airport?

Jeff the front desk agent, saw my room was next to the elevator, and gave me a room down the hall. He was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I am very happy I chose this hotel. Now I can easily the fly out of Newark Liberty International in the morning

The water went cold after 3 minutesThere was a loud banging every 3 to 15 minutes from what sounded like outside the window. Imagine someone pounding with their fist at random intervals. Little to no sleep, 11th floor for reference

I chose this hotel because it was close to Newark Airport. Very clean and inviting. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Temperature was just right and quiet which I really appreciated because I was very tired from long flight. Amenities - tea/coffee, soap, lotion, etc. plus I needed toothbrush/toothpaste - luggage went to final destination - well displayed and sufficient. Really enjoyed my short stay

The property was fine for what we needed-close to the airport with a shuttle. We didn't eat at the restaurant- not many gluten free options and limited choices. The front desk was lovely when we checked in and after that not so great. Our tv didn't work when we arrived and the maintenance guy came right away and fixed it. Otherwise, fine.
