Divi Phoenix is my Aruba home away from home. It's family friendly, the staff is friendly and accommodating, it's a short walk to shopping and restaurants and other hotels. Pure Beach's quality of food has improved greatly and is reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.

The rooms in the Towers had a terrible smell (dampness). The general manager (Pearl) was fantastic to deal with and she promptly addressed our concerns. The staff led by Sean (restaurant manager), Simone, Gio, and Ronald were awesome.

No straws, outdoor bathrooms had a horrible odor. Grounds were well kept staff was excellent all around. There weren’t to many food options on premises and very little entertainment. Rooms was clean every day. Beach staff extremely nice.

Everything was wonderful except the ceiling in our bathroom was leaking the last day… I reported the situation and maintenance came immediately… apparently the people in the unit about us had water overflow from the tub/shower…

We stay at Divi many times, Like the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Feel like home. Beach amazing, attendants always around if needed. We had breakfast every morning at “Pure beach” restaurant, service excellent, Jasmine waitress extremely pleasant! Many choices, good menu. We stay at other hotels, but return back to Divi Finex again & again. Thank you all !

We recently stayed at the Divi Phoenix resort. The staff was great, the hotel is going through renovations right now but that was NOT really an issue. We did change rooms as our room smelled musty, we were relocated to the new refurbished rooms and it was MUCH better! The island as a whole was easy to navigate and we drove around everywhere! The beach area in front of the hotel wasn't all that great, but just a short walk down the beach was beautiful water. The pool area was well kept and very clean!
