When booking with Expedia it was unclear which location our room was booked for. We were not at the main hotel and our hotel was 10-20 minute shuttle ride away from the main hotel and water park.

The stay was great. Had a snowstorm while we were there. Waterpark was great. Food is very expensive.and no alot of option, mostly burgers,pizza and fries.

I feel like I was hoodwinked by this misleading listing. I was meant to believe that I had booked a room at the Jay Peak resort with ski on/off amenities and a walk to the base lodge but instead booked a cottage at the golf course 1/2 mile from the main hotel. On top of this, I was still charged the resort fee even though we barely had access to the resort. The cottage was out dated and poorly laid out as the two bedrooms weren't anywhere near one another.

Most of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were shockingly rude and dismissive. Especially at the Foundry Bar. But also at the General Store and even at the front desk. The staff made us feel like more of an inconvenience than welcome visitors.
