This hotel has bad customer service the rooms aren’t well prepared every time I go the there’s no towels bugs bit me the blow dryer is messed up no irons they have coffee with no coffee maker the bed spread smells like bleach an very old the workers seems like they speak no English when I ask them for towels they don’t understand I call the receptionist for towels she get the mind today to me come an get the towels at the front desk is this why we pay for rooms for inconvenient or convenience my god this place is r Terrible

My stay could of been better. The TV did not work and couldn't be fixed because I arrived late at night. At check-in I asked for late check out at 12pm but staff member came into the room without knocking at around 11:15am. Another staff came back asking when we were leaving before it was 12pm. Coming into a room without knocking is unacceptable. Toilet seemed clogged as well. Dont think I would recommend or stay at this Inn again.

The hotel was run down and the pictures online are deceiving. The room was gross. There were stains on the carpet and wall and the sheets were worn and had some stains. The room was dusty and the sink leaked a ton of water on the bathroom floor. The heater was dusty and moldy. They do not have working phones in the room either. If it wasn’t so cold I would have rather stayed in my car.

There is black mold on the heating system. I had to clean it off it was that bad. My husband has health issues that could be aggravated from the mold.

This hotel seemed a bit older and in a state of disrepair since my last visit two years ago. My bathroom door would not shut properly and our exit door nearest to our room was broken and always open. This made it feel a bit less secure as any person could just walk in and get to the rooms without any security. The card reader on this door was also broken. In addition, there were always cars with random people sitting in them just outside the broken door. Again, this left me with a feeling that my security was not a priority.
