"The location is great, only minutes away from time square but the room is still nice and quiet at night. The room and facilities are what you would expect for the price, nothing fancy but nice and clean and does the job if just looking for a place to sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful when required and we had no complaints overall. Only downside was the bedframe was metal and extremely noisy even with the smallest movement when sleeping."

"The location is fantastic, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean; however, the property and service did not live up to the Hilton name. The elevator problems—reported by staff to have been ongoing for three weeks—were not disclosed until we arrived. With only one elevator servicing the entire building, it felt overwhelming, especially since I was placed in a room on the 11th floor and have mobility issues. Their response of suggesting we just take the stairs was off-putting. The alternative was to either deal with the situation or search for a last-minute room at three times the price. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not particularly helpful and came across as indifferent to customer concerns. Additionally, my room was quite loud due to water pipes knocking behind the walls, and the no-smoking policy seemingly only applied to tobacco, as the floor smelled strongly of marijuana. Overall, there is much room for improvement, but I must reiterate that the location is great. Their attitude seems to be, "deal with it or don’t." "
