One elevator for hundreds of customers. Never let my bare feet touch the slimy floor. Great location for ocean/beach view and access. Upkeep terrible. Kitchen supplies/utensils insanely insufficient and terrible quality.

Really good for the price
We were pleasantly surprised how nice this location was close to the beach board walk, affordable and a nice place. Everything looked clean- some broken things in room but not a huge deal. I will say it has two nice pools but OMG Why are they so cold !? Even on a 90 degree day it’s uncomfortable. They also have ice machines that sit empty. We liked it and will be back!

I thought I booked a Ocean Front Room only to be given a side Ocean View. We were facing a side of Hooters . Trash truck's, smelly, people loudly talking, smoking, etc. very dirty. I asked fir a room change only to find out none available. We had smoke smell in our bathroom from another guest. This was reported to front office staff with no resolve. When I checked out I mentioned to the staff on Saturday morning and his response was that's what everyone tells them about that room. Also right off the elevator so you hear people coming & going. Very disappointed in this hotel and my stay.

Me the wife my mom and two kids booked this hotel for the first time this past weekend. We were very pleased with everything. We are used to 4 star and up hotels but when I go to the beach I wanna feel close and apart of the beach. Every thing was fine. A little sand on the balcony is expected.......it's the beach! Good size, friendly accommodating staff and location. The parking sucked but we were only a block away from the hotel which wasn't bad at all. Room 305

Read the reviews before going. Knew there wouldn’t be many towels. The location is nice. The 2nd floor pool and bar is really nice. The food there was great. That’s about it. The walls are incredibly thin. Both nights we were up until about 4am once the drunks finally went to sleep. Called the front desk because there were people screaming on the balcony. Front desk condescendingly said they couldn’t do anything and if we really cared need to call the cops. One of the neighbors played music so loud it shook the walls and rattled silverware. Someone came by and pounded on my door to get us to quiet down, thinking the noise was coming from my room at 3am. If you just want to get drunk and stay up until 4am, have fun. If you have kids, never ever ever ever ever go here.

Booked what was marketed as on the boardwalk and ocean view. Figured that’s why it was so expensive. Needless to say we were placed in their suit building that was not on the board walk, nor was there an ocean view. The hotel left much to be desired when it comes to cleanliness and safety/security, the hotel is significantly lacking in this. Our room door did not close behind us, the chain lock was missing the chain and it looked like it had been broken off. The room was not very clean, the shower ran a steady stream of water as it doesn’t shut off. Our fridge was missing the leveling feet in the front and tipped forward once things were put inside. The entrance to our building was located in a separate entrance that appears as the office check in area has been abandoned and no longer staffed so anyone can walk in. Again, this entrance is off the street and located two blocks from the boardwalk- this is even demonstrated on their “you are here” poster in the elevator. Ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work Parking- there is limited parking provided on the premises- they also have a small overflow lot across the street from the location.it is very tight and very inconvenient to walk across the busy street with all luggage. Around 2am we had several people walking through the halls screaming and yelling and this went on for several minutes. We have done much traveling for vacations and I travel significantly for work- this is quite possibly the worst stay I have ever had.

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, they need to be vented so that all that water doesn't collect on the floors and walls. Website stated policy as providing housekeeping services everyday. However, you have to request it and be very specific on everything you need. Beds were comfortable and it is in a fantastic location.
