Beautiful gem

We loved our stay!! The only one super tiny draw back was the scrambled eggs. They tasted off but that was it!! It was so tiny compared to our amazing room, the amazing pool and friendly staff!! 10 out of 10!

When I booked room through Hotels web site. I didn’t know that there is a $30 fee for having a pet. Honestly I didn’t find out until I got at the hotel. Kinda shady that I was not told up front

This was the most wonderful hotel stay I have ever had! It smelt so clean all throughout the property, incredible customer service, and very cleanly rooms. I had no issues checking in at all, which usually there’s always some problem that pops up at other hotels. The in room hot tub was great, as was the coffee machine. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Hot tub was cold. Room shower was slow and also the tub didnt fill very fast and was cold. Drain also slow. Room was discusting stains on the comforter bathroom corners dirty.

The pool was perfect for a staycation for my Granddaughters birthday, she loved it, and I liked that it was not deep. The dining room was ok a lot of tables were wobbly, when we came for breakfast on Sunday morning everything was empty, but they did get it filled back up. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, would stay here again

Site was ok for cleanliness. Our TV remote didn’t work and we called to ask for help and no one showed up. My husband had to ask for more towels for the pool and front desk staff acted very put off by his request which made us not want to re-ask about the remote so we just dealt with it and turner it on by the TV. The heater in the room blew hot air full blast despite us turning it all the way down to 61* and low. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Overall not pleased and won’t be back.

It was a good weekend. As with many hotels there are some Maintenance issues. I don't go out of my way to look for issues but a toilet needing shimmed and a new wax ring is pretty noticeable in a common restroom. It wasn't a bad stay. But the better hotels notice the little things.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, fairly quiet and decent location. Pool area was full of kids so we didn’t check it out. We didn’t get up early enough for breakfast so can’t rate that. Price was fair for a last minute booking. 9/10
