The property was old and outdated, however the room was clean. I found it ok to stay one night in preparation for my upcoming cruise. The best part was the location. The hotel was convenient to all activities in the area, and easy access due to the shuttle that they provided.

You get what you pay for. The shower head sprayed in every direction but where you need it. The beds made a horrible noise when you moved. The room had an order of mold and mildew.

The property definitely shows it age. Our room showed some repairs in progress but so much more needed to be done. Plus they had no extra services. Tea, coffee or hot chocolate in lobby area. No free breakfast. However the beds were nice. Very basic accommodations

This was the worst experience by far no one was at the desk. Our door would not shut. We thought we were in fear for our lives. Maybe we really were the people there were mean and weren’t understanding the bathroom in the walls were disgusting. I wouldn’t let my grandmother stay there. There was pee stains on the sheets like seriously pee stains that is so embarrassing

Ok but don’t stay

The location is wonderful. It’s directly across the street from Icon Park. There are numerous restaurants and fun places within walking distance. The cons: Hotel has seen better days. The outside leaves something to de desired. Paint chipping, cracks in exterior walls. The elevators were dirty. Parking is horrible at night. Cleanliness was non existent. We found long black hairs in the shower and on the sink. Then one of the beds have a large stain that went thru the sheets down to the mattress…..guess no one changed the sheets…NASTY!

I wish I were able to add photos to show how rundown this property is. The photos online are no where near what the property looks like in person. It looked like the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The door to outside as well as the bathroom did not fully latch. There were stains on the “clean” bedding and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Every time we went to the pool it had new trash floating in it. Our room constantly reeked of cigarettes and we could hear everything from our neighbors conversations, TV and music. They were incredibly loud. At one point in the night it sounded like someone was trying to break into our room, which appeared to be the case when we woke up to the door looking like it had partially been opened. I would not recommend this property nor would I ever stay here again.

Disaster Stay

Do not recommend. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn’t checked us in because their system were down. Didn’t know when systems were coming back online. Finally after 20 minutes they were able to check us in around 6:30pm and they issued us room 205. When we got to the room the room was not cleaned from the previous renters. Then, they moved us to room 206. Upon inspection, I discovered one of the bed’s sheet had blood stains. I complained with front desk and was told housekeeping has to work with the items they had. They then moved me to another room and when I asked what they are going to do for all the inconvenience I incurred their answer was “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do except to move you to another room.” The other room was dusty and in bad condition. This hotel is an old building with outdated rooms, completely different from the photos posted in Hotels.com.

I was in Orlando for a training and I barely stayed at the holtel. The property is very well located, but it is old and needs maintenance. It was cleaned not sparkly clean but decent clean. A little noisy but, I was too tired to care. Overall OK for short stay

Wow! What a dump. Clarion needs to shut this place down and spend the money necessary to renovate or level this place. Staff could also use some training or replacement. I could list all the deficiencies but it really is a total disaster.

Not worth the money

When we get to our room and open the door, the door frame was all busted up and the door didn’t shut right had to shut it hard to get it to lock the bathroom door look like someone busted through it too. The bathroom door would not even shut at all, then the blanket had holes on it that looked like cigarette burns. We went to the front desk to ask for another blanket and they told us they have none because they can’t get into the closet with the linen. What are the light switches was broke and pushed into the wall

Front desk was horrible! Check in took forever get to room to notice they gave us the wrong room. We asked for a king and walked into two queens no big deal walk back down to front desk… girl at front desk proceeded to tell us we requested two queens even after I showed her my order confirmation! She continued looking finally after about 10 mins she finds our reservation and guess what?! It shows a king bed the worst part no apology! Get to room and it’s absolutely disgusting!! Pull out couch was stained with god knows what! Ceiling was two different colors! Best part sit on the bed and it squeaks with every move! Bathroom sink doesn’t drain! We didn’t even stay the night we had dinner went back to room and left! Waste of money!
