We mistakenly book this Holiday Inn, not knowing it wasn’t the Disney Springs Holiday Inn. When we arrived we tried to switch by all of the Disney Springs hotels were booked. We decided to make the best of things. I will start with the positives. Our room was big and our bed and pillows were comfy. Better than some higher end hotels. The rest was just meh. There was a biker convention going on and our room was pool view. It was not quite until after 11. The pool area was ok and the pool was heated. There were daily activities for the kids. We had the daily breakfast, which was ok as well. If you are going to stay here for Disney and are relying on the shuttle for transportation, do not stay here. The shuttle service is limited. It is an old beat up small bus. It goes to multiple hotels and is not big enough to accommodate. Although we are not handicapped, we saw people turned away because they could not accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. It is not handicap accessible and they also can only accommodate single strollers. We ended up using uber the majority of the time. I would not stay here again.

Definitely not a true resort. Hot tubs need work- one doesn’t have jets working properly. In room coffee was horrible- it looked like tea. Soda bed needs to be changed- hard to sit as it was so low and used

The room smelled like mildew. That room could use a deep cleaning and carpet deep cleaned. I brought my own bleach cleaner and cleaned the whole bathroom which made the room smell a little better. The breakfast included was not great and there was no alternative meats, it was all pork options. They don’t offer decaf. Also the service at the restaurant was poor, the part that was enjoyed was the heated pool and the games. Will I be back I don’t think so. Cleanliness is a big deal for my family and when the room smells it means the rooms don’t get the best cleaning.

We checked in ok then when we got to our room it smelled of paint. There was a light shining in our room and there were no curtains to close. My wife’s criteria meds froze in the refrigerator in the room. There were no adjustments for the fridge and it didn’t look like it was going to freeze everything including our food all ruined. They did refund the room but it wasn’t enough that covered the food and medicine.

The proximity to the parks is awesome! The condition of the room is great! It really surprise me. The pool is heated and the bar and restaurant on the hotel are very convenient!
