The lobby looked great, but once we got to our hallway, it looked like a completely different hotel. Our door wouldn’t shut without slamming it and using the lock. The blankets on the bed weren’t dry. There were people in the hall, slamming doors the entire night (both nights we were there). The bathroom was dirty. There was a maintenance man outside of our door at 7am nailing something into the wall…would not stay here again and do not recommend

It has an restaurant attached, and Wendy’s and gift shop across the street. Close to Disney and Airport. Only broken was the bathtub did not drain well while taking a shower room 113.

Was charged a resort fee that was not mentioned during booking. I explained I was there for work and wouldn’t be using, they rudely told me they didn’t care, everyone pays. If i known, I would have booked somewhere else- just a total waste of money. The place is also smells like mold, will never book there again!

Ok for the price.
Property is older, but maintained fairly well. The rooms and hallways could use an update. Carpet seems old and there was an old musty odor walking down the halls. Rooms were ok, bathroom needed an update, and had an odor, especially after a hot shower and the fan was not powerful enough to keep the mirror from fogging over. We also had what appeared to be some bug larva that came out of the pipe in the sink. The balcony door did not close properly.
