Walls paper thin very noisy. Sheets changed after3 weeks when we asked. Room was suppose to be for.hu.ans not animals. No screen on patio doors without leaving the door open we still had to expel lizards and other living things.

Our condo was clean and roomy. We had plenty of space for all of us. The restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool and it was very close to Disney and the 192 corridor with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Having a suite with full kitchen and laundry appliances was the best part of our stay. We had a long stay with kids under age 10 who are picky eaters so that made it so convenient and made us feel like we were at home away from home. I also love that we were provided with all the items needed to use the convenient appliances. Rooms are spacious and laid out beautifully and the property allowed for wonderful outdoor strolls. The Hilton Vacation on site made it so easy for us to get park tickets as well! Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, only 20 minutes to all Disney parks and shopping. A Walmart down the road. Quiet and spacious suite. Was great we had a washer/dryer. Suite was clean when we arrived. The only downside I would like to point out is that they come "clean" the room every 3rd day or so and they only thing housekeeping does is change the towels and make the bed. I wish they would vacuum and clean the bathroom better but I could live with doing it myself as the cost is SO reasonable to stay here even with the resort fee. We went in January so couldn't use the pools do to the weather and honestly didn't have the time to use the gyms etc. as we were exhausted from Disney.

Somebody came to our room with the same key, they made a mistake we’re already checked in and they gave our rooms to the other person, we kinda scared coz we’re already inside the villa with family and all of a sudden somebody opened the door. what if we’re out and all of our personal belongings were still in the living room, i caked the front desk, and they locked all the keys just to make sure that nobody will gonna use it again, so we told them to give us the keys ASAP coz the kids will going to the pool, it was too late before they gave us a new key, the pool was already closed, anyway they gave us a discount, they didn’t charge us for the 1st night and we really appreciate that and we let us checked out 12noon instead of 10am because of what happened, kudos to the staff they were so nice and friendly especially the people that works in the morning, the place was amazing, we still gonna come back..

We have stayed at Mystic Dunes twice with family and have had positive experiences both times. Very clean facilities with lovely accommodations newly refurbished. Very spacious suites, quiet, tranquil setting. Along with helpful staff.
