Everything was family friendly and fun, the front desk staff was not friendly, helpful and was very slow. Slides were great and steakhouse staff and experience was fantastic.

This was the most uncomfortable hotel my family and I have stayed in on our 2 week vacation. After 3 days of the worst bed and pillows, we need a chiropractor for our backs. In addition, all items are over priced. And lastly, the hostess at the Hibachi restaurant was really rude, unprofessional and completely ignored my family when we were there for our reservation. She skipped us for another family, even after we were waiting for her to get off her call. Will definitely not be returning here.
