Very basic room, but very clean, breakfast was good, it did get busy. Ideal for the Premium Outlets, which was a 5 minute walk. Everything was good for our 2 night stay…

Decent and well-priced.

When w arrived the bathroom floor was wet because the toilet was leaking. I cleaned up the hair and put a towel at the based of the toilet because we didn’t want to change rooms (wanted to be close to our grandkids). The next day when we got back, the toilet had been caulked and wasn’t leaking anymore and the staff brought us some treats and water bottles and offered to clean the room. We were happy with the room after that and the beds were very comfortable. Nice to have breakfast included too.

The hotel is fine, but based on my 2 night stay, I would not stay here long term. The pros: Close to Disney Springs and Orlando premium outlets Breakfast is included. ( Note: the food was basic- scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes and sausage. Coffee was terrible and the only fruit were very bruised bananas) Location seems very safe Cons: There was nowhere to hang anything and no shelving in the bathroom. If travelling with children, be aware that the pool is 4ft deep in the shallow end. There are no pool towels. The staff that I spoke to were not very knowledgeable about the area. We could hear our neighbours and the people Above us.

Terrible hotel room was dirty. Bathroom door was rotting on the back side. Lights above the shower did not work when you walk in walk area was filthy and patio furniture was dirty and cigarette holes. Hotel would.not refund or deposit. We never stayed .I would not stay there.

The room is. big and clean. The check in and check out is easy and quick. The location is good for going to the outlet, a few minutes walk. There are a few restaurants like McDonald and food court in the outlet. The breakfast is good and they charge 2/3 items everyday but no waffles maker. The cook is good and refills is fast. The breakfast area is small and a bit crowded. Parking is easy and free. Bathrooms is okay but little space for putting clothes and no separate conditioner and shampoo,only conditioner shampoo.

The paradise if you want to loose money

The administration won't assist you for any matter if an accident happen. They only think about making money and providing as little services they can . They don't accept any modification in the initial reservation. Even changing the date for a more expensive night. I lost 333.00 and they were just happy about that.

-Bedsheets had weird marks on them they told me were not “dirty” -The bedskirt had a clear mark of something on it -the room floors were sticky -the mirror light did not work -the bathroom wall outlet was hanging out -only one hook on back of door to hang towels on, none for hand towels -housekeeping had to be requested -free breakfast options extremely limited -extremely noisy: walls are paper thin, you can hear people four rooms down, walking/running in hallway, the a/c helped drown out noise but the mini fridge also made noises -bed hard as a rock -pillows could be considered the size of a couch throw pillow and were flat as a pancake -had to place a towel along the door at the bottom to block light since the jam was not flush Pros -great location:across street from outlets, not far from any parks -has a shuttle to all parks -parking lot is well lit and feels safe -free parking -free breakfast -the gentleman on nights was super friendly the other night person was not
