The pools were cold same as water park, water was very cold we could enjoy and didn’t use swim or water park, and I booked this hotel for its water park and swimming pools.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Terraces building of The Grove resort and everything was perfect for us! We felt safe, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a nice spot to relax at and the waterpark area was so much fun for us!! We are already planning our next trip back. Don’t know where all of the negative reviews are coming from, you will love the Grove Terraces.

The grounds keepers did a great job. House keeping not so much. There was red jam like substances under the kitchen table. The main bathroom dudnt have conditioner in the dispensers. Over priced detergent, coffee, and dishwasher pods. They didnt give us coffee for our kuerig. There where 4 adults in the room. Dryer didnt work.

We got in at 6am from a flight from California and we did not receive the room keys until past 5:30pm. The elevator was old and dated and only one was available. We stayed for a week and there was no room service. Not impressed, although the place is beautiful and has potential. It’s too big for the low amount of staff.

The resort is wonderful with 3 swimming pools, a water park, fishing lake, shop and a number of bars / restaurants. The accommodation varies depending on which section you are in. We booked a two bedroom condo which was very spacious however it was not as nice as the pictures on the website. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked and the dishwasher leaked. The engineers tried to fix the dishwasher but it continued to leak so we were moved to another condo but in a different section which was newer, cleaner and much nicer.

I didn’t like that I had called to change my reservation time due to my flight and front desk/reservations said it shouldn’t be a problem and that I could check in at 1am. I called before I left the airport to let front desk know I was on my way got to the property about 1:15 am and was told I couldn’t check in till 5 am so me and my children sat in the car for 4 hours till I could check in at 5am . The front desk told me they system was down and had to do a paper check in which I didn’t understand why that couldn’t be done at 1am and then we had to call security every time we left the room to get into our room after leaving bc they couldn’t give us keys due to system being down, very inconvenienced by that situation, waiting at least 15 min or longer Once they got it together it was a nice stay
