Horrible !!!! A fuir !!! L’hôtel est cher pour rien.
Le site est en construction, donc du bruit toute la journée. Il est au bord d’une plage remplie de déchets, aucun nettoyage n’est fait contrairement aux hôtels sa côté. Il est impossible d’y tremper même les pieds. On a même eu droit à des cafards dans la chambre !!!!
Paradant du personnel : jamais au jamais j’ai rencontré un personnel aussi méprisant et hautain que celui de cet hôtel (seul le bagagiste était serviable et souriant).
Le restaurant est 3x plus cher que ceux d’à coté et ils servent des portions minuscules.

Publié le 16 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThe building out of the dates, old, molding, breakfast was terrible, nothing matching with your fault advertising, no bar, no gathering, hanging out with. NOTHING. Everything we asked are not in service. Basic things. You shouldn’t ripping me off.

The staff so nice, specially Kim ,she’s helpful outstanding from the day check in to the day check out,front beach is beautiful, we’ll come back again to the hotel.

Publié le 6 mars 2023 sur HotelsWe had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff. Was super helpful, especially Kim who helped us book a full day tour with less than 24 hour notice. She was always available to help us which we really appreciated! Only thing that would take down the rating is the food. It was not great but we found some things we liked! Just something that’s good to have in mind if you want high quality food. Other than that we had an amazing stay! The room was super clean and fresh! Can absolutely recommend the full day tour but remember to take out cash before because there aren’t many ATMs close to the hotel. Will definitely come back when I visit Mui Ne!

Kim at the hotel was a great help for all our needs. Great breakfast and very clean rooms.
The hotel is at a great location, close to the sand dunes and on the beach!
