During my stay I was unable to use the pool due to there being a kids party taking up the entire facility from the moment I arrived at 4PM I could hear them screaming and yelling from the entrance while checking in, which yes that is what is expected by kids that’s not my complaint more over the fact that they were there from 4PM until 9PM running around, canon balling, jumping into the pool the entire time to the point in which other guest outside of the party couldn’t enjoy the pool area too. Not once did I see any staff to control that the pool rules weren’t being followed and to top it off leaving the pool area a mess with puddles of water, soaked pool towels laying all around with no fresh towels left. Also to add on top Of that the entire party the following morning took over the breakfast area again to the point that other guest did not have the chance to use the are themselves.
