Evening staff came off a little rude but the morning staff made up for it & the smart tvs get stuck meaning I can hear the audio but there’s no movement on the movies but other than that it was great

Planned this trip for a Christmas present to watch the Eagles play! Booked the skyline club suite and it said we can bring pets and so we did ! Checked in and was told we can’t have a dog on the 24th floor. So we got pushed 12 flights down . I was very disappointed in this as it never stated we can’t bring a pet on the 24th. Anyways the staff was very nice and the room we got was nice but the shower was no fun. To little water pressure and to get the hot water on was a pain ! Was happy there was a peloton in the gym though .

Lovely view in a great location
My experience was wonderful. One day I just wanted to sleep in so I denied room services. I'm not sure if they thought I was denying services for my entire stay, but I did have to contact them to clean the room. Also, I was told my deposit would be back in my account after check out but it's been a few days and still no return.

Overall, a very nice stay. Just be aware parking at the hotel is $55 for valet parking. There are parking lots around the hotel, but can be a little pricey as well, around $40 per night. No convenient place to drop off or check in.
