There are better choices

Just a normal for a cheap hotel, lights that didn't work lights that had no bulb in them. People coming and going in the middle of the night and leaving their door open so it constantly beeped until I had to get up and go down the hall to shut it. Not impressed.

Good value, quiet place.

Good value for your money, good location for south edmonton, very little outside noise. The lady desk clerk very pleasant and friendly, the morning guy not so.Very terse and comes across as unfriendly.

The owner is rude and inconsiderate. He does not care about the customers in any way. The room I booked was disgusting. Black mold in the bathroom snot on the bathroom door the carpet was gross and the bed sheets didn't even look like it was washed. I went to the own to complain and he pretty much blew me offer and said if you don't like the room then they'll refund me if I wasn't going to stay the night. So I went back up to my room to talk to my girlfriend about what we should do and we decided that we were going to not stay the night. So i went to get a refund and he turned around and said he could only refund my deposit. That he would give us a different room if we wanted which he should have said that the when I went to him the first time. The owner is a scammer and no regard for customers as well has no intention on making sure his establishment is being ran properly. He just plaste the blame on his staff and said that's just how they work. So in the end I was ripped off for the money I paid to stay the night in a clean room and he refunded the deposit that we would have gotten back anyways. This business should be shut down for the fact that there are health and safety issues at hand. Black mold is not something to mess around with and definitely not something you just leave and not doing anything about. Oh and on top of everything the owner refused to refund my money I paid for the room.

Office closes at 12:00 AM. Warm and a place to shelter for the night, but aged and of questionable cleanliness. Several stained items. Very little water pressure and faucets are not pressure regulated, so if someone flushes a toilet while you are showering... I would not recommend. I'm confident you could do better for the same amount of money. Not worthy of being listed by Expedia. Customers deserve better.

The owner was a bit rude & reluctant to fix things or give extra towels. The rooms were filthy & the headboard was broken off laying beside the bed. Floor was sticky & uncleaned when I arrived.
