My room was clean and updated. There were 2 tvs but no remotes. There was a floor lamp without 1 bulb so it was leaning. There wasn’t a hair dryer, and when they brought me one it didn’t have any heat, just cool air. Towels were thin. I just think some details were missed.

This trip was a quick nights stay between flights. The property served this purpose. Natalie called from the front desk to confirm my reservation and was able to instruct me on how to request my shuttle service from the airport. She was very friendly and helpful. A Lyft ride was requested for me and promptly picked me up from the airport and delivered me to the hotel. The hotel is small and an older model but has undergone updates and improvements. My room was spacious and very clean. I was situated close to the ice machine. Who knew so many people required ice after 9:30 at night? My neighbors next door spoke in very loud voices and stayed up late at night and then started up again at 5:30am. This property is close to the airport so the noise from that was expected. There was just quite a bit of noise from other guests. This property was fine for a quick overnight stay with convenience to the airport.

I called and called and called for airport pickup and never got an answer. Finally a bus from another hotel offered to take us. I guess there phone lines were down. The front desk acted like that was no big deal. Because of that we had no internet and no TV. I know stuff happens but a little more caring would be nice. Breakfast was marginal at best. I would not stay there again nor recommend this hotel. Price via Expedia was way too high. I would expect a credit of some sort.

For those light sleepers, the hotel sits right next to a major thoroughfare and you can hear the traffic all night, especially in a room facing the road.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel has been remodeled and was nice. However, hotel policy is rooms are serviced every third day which was ridiculous. I stayed 5 nights and the room was only serviced ONCE. My trash was overflowing and I had to dump in common area trash containers. Used up all the towels -- and it was just me... one person. Breakfast coffee maker was broken for several days and I'm a huge coffee drinker. Make it in room, right? Well, the room coffee makers had one disposable tray and two cups. Since the room wasn't serviced often those were used up quick. If asked the front desk would provide towels or coffee(cups,tray,packets) but this isn't COVID anymore... you shouldn't have to ask. So, friendly staff, nice rooms but poor policies.

good location for late return

The coffee machine did not work at breakfast and they need to somehow highlight the location of elevators on the room floors. We walked past it twice because it blends right in with he room doors. The staff was great. the location and comfort of the room was very nice. Easy to get from airport to hotel via the hotel Lyft service. Love the cookies on arrival.
