My room was spotless, smelled good, the bed was comfortable, temperature good, front desk person, JP was polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the employees in the buffet area were also very friendly. My only issue is the lights in the room. There's no such thing as simple on/off switches anymore I guess and I guess the lights are on one circuit. All the lights in the room go on when you put your door card in the slot at the door. Good at night, not so good at 6 am. No light over the coffee maker so I used the bathroom light for that since I couldn't handle all the lights in the room blazing in my eyes at 6 am. But if that's the cost for a clean, comfortable, safe room, I'll take it. This is my second stay here, and I will stay here again next Christmas. Plus, they could accommodate my request for an early check-in. It's a good place to stay at in my opinion.

The handle to the bathroom sink was dirty. It appeared to have soap or lotion on it. It was very noisy - the Arizona Highway 101 is a stone's throw from the property. The requirement to put a card into a power management slot to turn on the electrical power in the room is concerning (why) and aggravating.

Overall solid stay. Room was clean upon arrival. Felt the double queens were “full” size but was “ensured” those were queens. Nonetheless friendly house cleaning. Front desk ok. Room keys only 1 of 2 would work had to continue to stop by front desk to get key re-programmed. Breakfast was good and clean lobby area.

Terrible experience. First night the air conditioner was very loud making it nearly impossible to sleep and when the sun came up the window blind would not close all the way the the sun woke us up, not to mention all the noise. I complained in the morning and they switched us to a different room. The second night was very loud. People running upstairs above our room and the worst part was the remote control did not work for the tv so I called room service. They sent a guy with a new remote and that remote Was not really working as well? He said it was the t v and and did I want to change rooms. It's already a hassle moving rooms. One time I did not want to move again. I think all the noise was multiple kids soccer teams in the hotel, not sure.

One of the best hotels in AZ!
Very efficient staff who provided exceptional service. The room where we stayed was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel was the main reason we stayed here. It is about 2 miles away to Mayo Hospital where I had some tests and procedures. They also provided shuttle ride to and from the hospital.
