The small tubs have so much curve to the bottom that I lost my balance a couple times while showering. Who uses a bathtub in a hotel? I think it would be safer to change out for just showers and have it flat on the bottom. Older people tend to lose balance easier, I feel like it’s a safety hazard.

Mostly all the breakfast items were gone by 9 o’clock and we’re not replenished right away and the breakfast area was not clean. Also, they did not tell us the Fitness facility was closed also and did not let us know that we had to alert them when we needed our room cleaned after the first night

Absolutely love the hotel and all the people at the front desk I was disappointed the pool was closed until sometime in January honestly that was one of the top reasons i booked with the hotel for my boyfriend and his kids

No housekeeping, you took dirty towels to the desk for exchange, trash piled up at trash can on floor, short staffed, if you asked a question NO ONE KNEW THE CORRECT ANSWER, was there 4 days and will never go to another Hilton ever!!!

I booked through Expedia a 2 queen bed room and when I checked in I was given a 1 king room which was cheaper than the 2 double beds. When I questioned it they told me it was because I booked with Expedia that it wasn’t a guarantee to get the room I booked. Now that I question Expedia they told me that’s not true. I will never stay there again. But the woman at check in was very friendly and nice. And the room was out of shampoo and conditioner.
