When we checked in, most of the lights in our room weren't working (bulbs burnt out). Maintenance did fix them same day we notified front desk while we were out. However, a drip was leaking from the ceiling directly over the table/chair set in room. We also notified front desk and this was not fixed during our stay. Housekeeping was excellent. Property is older but beds were comfortable. Breakfast foods offered were old and orange juice was rancid. Overall, a budget stay sort of as expected for a hotel in this category.

The Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast each morning was exceptional. All around this is great property! We will be back for sure.

Good for my economy need...not PLUSH but adequate.
I definitely appreciated the fact that they stuck to the price that Hotels.com quoted me.The congratulation of my room was clean, and comfortable. They offered cleaning service starting the first morning, however I declined because i didn't find it necessary. I hung the do not disturb sign out until i decided i could use fresh towels and and products. Thanks staff for honoring my privacy and needs. .

Great spot near Auburn for a very affordable price. We love that there are breakfast waffles, they are pet friendly, and on-site laundry!

Reserved handicap room for two nights. Called on checking day to tell the hotel I would be late because of traffic. When we arrived, the clerk said they did not have a disabled room. The room I was given was not usable by me- no handicapped rails. My wife and sister complained to a manager and a room was suddenly available, The clerk lied to me. I will also be filing a complaint with the ADA.

The front desk clerk was a bit rude. There were cockroaches in our room. The pool water looked dirty. The tv had limited channels. Terrible reception. No iron or ironing board. Will not stay here again.

We asked for extra pillows they said they didn’t have any we found a lot of earwigs n the restroom and carpet. The hotel is just old and needs maintenance. The outside there’s always people standing outside limited parking spots. People at front desk super rude for sure never standing here and we got two rooms for friends as well and they both complain to. And location is just ghetto
