"We really loved our stay at this house in Samara. The pool was wonderful and we absolutely loved watching the monkeys climb through the trees every afternoon. The house is about a 3 minute walk down the path to Samara beach. It was a pretty beach and we enjoyed watching the horses show up and take a dip in the ocean in the mornings. It's not the best beach for swimming though because it's pretty rocky. Definitely bring water shoes! However, Carillo beach is just a few minute drive away and was great for swimming.The house includes two paddle boards and two kayaks but we unfortunately never got around to using them. Samara Rentals was great to work with for letting us into the property and handling any questions. They also handled our rental car booking for us with National and that worked out great.There's a very friendly guard (Mino) that stays on site in a guard building overnight but we never felt like we needed a guard as the house and area felt very safe.The house was clean and comfortable (especially the two primary bedrooms in the main house) and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Samara."

"This place was a great choice, 2min walk from Samara beach, staff was friendly, they had onsite food available, very nice bar beverages options by the pool. Pool was kid friendly with some stairs and nice shade during the day. Room had nice A/C and very comfortable beds, was very spacious and had very nice seating area. Will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. "

"Just a beautiful spot! Stayed for 2 weeks and the staff is so attentive, the breakfast and coffee every day delicious. And the sparkling pool across from the ocean—-if you want tranquility this is the spot. A bit down away from the main part of Samara beach which was so desired for its peace. Got the AC room to be able to sleep at night, not used to the heat of Costa rica. The best restaurant right next door. Just lovely owners, very well kept with its beautiful gardens."
