Roof top pool area has absolutely no under cover roof, which renders it useless in the rain… Sauna & Gym etiquette could be displayed to help remind guests of appropriate behavior in each area!! Reception is always friendly and helpful

A great spot
A relaxing stay with everything at your doorstep. The apartment was clean and had a lovely balcony. A bit of noise from traffic but not too bad. A view to the water and a great rooftop pool and outdoor space to read and relax. We recommend and would stay again.

Clean rooms, central and nice staff but rooms are not sound proof kept up all night by cars racing etc not far from hotel and babies crying in the hotel. Also pool due to open at 8.15 I had to call reception and ask them to come remove the pool blanket so we could use pool. We wanted to have a swim before re heading off and were delayed unnecessarily with no apology. For price expected better. Also pool is nice but tiles all coming loose and can tell been that way for a while.

The property and the staff were lovely. We were only there for 2 nights but could have easily stayed in the one bedroom apartment much longer. Very well laid out room. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because I thought the shower could do with a good scrub but otherwise immaculate. Would definitely stay there again.

I arrived after 6pm, so accessed my room key using a lock box code, which all worked fine. Plenty of dinner options within a short walk. My room was quite large and very comfortable. If I was to return to Port Macquarie I would be happy to choose the Quayside again.

The room was fine. The outlook was not what i expected. Shots were taken from the rooftop. I booked 4 nights. I quote Serviced Apartments. Not once during my stay was my appt cleaned rubbish removed towels refreshed tea & coffee topped. This should not be rated as 4 Stars with no service.
